We reserve the right to accept, limit, or decline your order for any reason at our sole discretion, including limiting quantities per person, per household, or per order. Because our products feature custom hand-painted artwork and designs, all items are produced on-demand after an order is successfully processed. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your computer or phone monitor display of any color will be perfectly accurate. Minor variances in design alignment, color saturation, and product textures are a normal part of the print-on-demand process and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Section 3 Pricing and Billing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Discounts, promotions, and sales are subject to change at any time. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the exact time your order is placed. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service or any product line without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Section 4 Shipping and Delivery

All of our custom items are fulfilled and dispatched via independent third-party printing and manufacturing partners. While we partner with trusted logistics networks, we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by postal carriers, weather events, customs clearance, or transit disruptions. Once a package is handed over to a postal carrier and marked as delivered to your address, control over transit speed and physical possession lies solely with that service provider and the customer. If you order multiple different types of items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times because they originate from different production facilities.

Section 5 Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, including but not limited to hand-painted artwork, graphic designs, logos, text, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of golden earth fairy and protected by international copyright, trademark, and proprietary laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, download, redistribute, or exploit any portion of the artwork or service without express written consent from us.

Section 6 Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools as is and as available without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

This storefront is hosted on the Shopify Inc online e-commerce platform. Shopify provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopifys data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

All personal information we collect through the services is strictly subject to our core privacy policy, which can be viewed directly on our storefront legal index page.
