Section 1 Production and Processing Time

All of our items are custom-made to order featuring the original artwork of golden earth fairy. Because we do not carry pre-made physical stock, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your items to be printed, quality checked, and packaged before they are handed over to the shipping carrier. Production times may vary slightly during high-volume holiday seasons.

Section 2 Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been printed and processed, standard transit timelines apply. For deliveries within the United States, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. For international delivery destinations outside the United States, transit times typically take 10 to 20 business days depending on local postal carriers and regional customs clearance processing.

Section 3 Split Shipments

If you place an order containing multiple different types of products, such as a hardcover journal and a tote bag, your items may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. This occurs because different types of items are routed to specialized printing facilities to ensure the highest print quality. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package as they ship.

Section 4 Tracking and Logistics

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking numbers will be automatically sent to you as soon as your packages leave the production facilities. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier tracking link to update with live diagnostic transit data.
